many of us are growing increasingly tired of modern social media and internet at large

the masses (of mostly jaded millenials) out for a return to the simpler times of being online when things were fun and weird in a way that didn't feel like it was destroying your soul

so i made this forum. a general place to log on and post and chill. no algorithms, no cliques, just posters living in the moment, actually enjoying being online again

as such, there are rules:


• be chill and civil
• no nazi shit
• don't post edgy crap just to be edgy
• don't post anything that will get anyone on a watchlist
• don't take everyone's posts in bad faith, try giving people benefit of the doubt
• don't start arguments if there's no actual need for it. this is not the place to start fights or prove how much more woke/pure/edgy you are or make an example of someone else. keep that shit on twitter/bsky/fedi/reddit/tumblr

i'm trusting people to behave themselves, use decent judgement, and not try to turn this place into every garbage ass platform out there, but
